services of Steven L. Krongold, Esq., BIENERT
& KRONGOLD, San Clemente, CA to represent him in a
lawsuit against Faline Fry Jones and FJ Designs, Wooster, Ohio.
Raymond Rundelli, Esq., Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP, Cleveland, Ohio
filed the lawsuit on behalf of Yoder in the
US Federal Court, Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division. Yoder seeks
DAMAGES FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT AND FOR VIOLATION OF THE DIGITAL MILLENNIUM
COPYRIGHT ACT.
