Writer Ray Jones, Pebble Beach, CA and Photographer Mark Riddick, Sterling,
VA have retained the services of
Raymond Rundelli, Esq., Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP, Cleveland,
Ohio to represent
them in a lawsuit against Darcy Pajak and Faline Fry Jones and FJ Designs,
Wooster, Ohio. Rundelli has amended a lawsuit first filed on August 18,
2004, on behalf of Photographer Bruce Roberts and Author Cheryl
Shelton-Roberts, Morehead, NC, in the US Federal Court, Northern District of
Ohio, Eastern Division, to include Jones and Riddick. The claimants seek
INJUNCTIVE RELIEF AND DAMAGES FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE LANHAM ACT AND FOR
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.

Rundelli filed the lawsuit on behalf of the Roberts in the US Federal Court, Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division.
